While it is a good idea to always be expanding your knowledge and skills, when it comes to Project Management Institute (PMI) training, I do not think it is worth your time. Before you hit the back button, thinking I’m a crazy person, let me explain. If you really want to get ahead in the world, you need to study, but you need to make sure you do it better than most other people.
